Start with a task

Open the guide bot and choose the current menu option that matches what you want: a walk, place, museum or event. The live menu can change; use the labels shown by the bot.

Specify your interests

Provide the area, time available and type of activity where the interface supports it. A narrower request makes results easier to compare. Check what is included before selecting a paid option.

Read the full card

Look at location, conditions, access and the date of any announcement. A bot card is a guide to a place or activity, not a promise of live availability.

Save a workable route

Choose a small set of stops and keep essential addresses accessible. Check transport and venue details directly before departure.

Ask the organiser

If a programme or booking detail is unclear, use the question bot. State the event or route name and the specific point you need to resolve.
