Define the offer for local customers

Write in English what you sell, to whom, where and how people order. Choose the main language for your audience. If Russian is also needed, keep prices and booking instructions easy to find instead of burying them in repeated translations.

Review several real competitors as a customer: what is unclear, where booking is difficult and what questions remain. Do not copy their words or images. Build your own customer-question list and answer it first.

Prepare the profile and order process

Use a recognisable name, clear description, area or delivery territory and working link. Test the journey from post to payment on another person’s phone. State response hours and the information needed to order.

Secure the account and keep recovery methods under the business owner’s control. Give contractors appropriate access. Do not retain the only order record in a direct-message conversation; organise confirmations, payments and cancellations.

Build the initial content

Prepare the service explanation, process, examples, price and timing answers, an introduction and ordering instructions. Agree use of testimonials and customer photographs. Write plain English and verify meaning, particularly health or outcome claims.

Commercial content on your own channel also needs to be recognisable. ASA explains brand-owned social-media advertising ↗. Check influencer arrangements separately rather than hiding the commercial connection at the end of a long caption.

Test manageable steps

Choose a sustainable schedule and one monthly objective, such as suitable enquiries about a specific service. Track visits, questions, bookings and sales. Many views without a clear next step do not demonstrate a successful launch.

For paid advertising, set a limit and one testable hypothesis. Meta explains Reels ad options and testing ↗. Separate media spending from photography and management. Avoid bought followers and mass unsolicited pitches. After the test, improve the offer, ordering page or material before increasing expenditure.
